Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MajestIQ LLC collects and uses information through https://www.majestiq.io and the Amazon negative review removal service.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact details, company information, Amazon merchant identifiers, ASIN submissions, written-review counts, messages, and service records. Case work may include public review text, review URLs, reviewer profile information, public reviewer activity, and the evidence produced from that public material.

Seller Central and SP-API Data

If a client authorizes Amazon access, we receive authorization tokens and the data needed to provide the requested workflow. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not ask clients to send Seller Central passwords. Amazon authorization remains on MajestIQ.io and is not shared with MajestIQ Commerce.

How We Use Information

  • Assess eligibility and define the review population.
  • Analyze potential policy conditions and buyer-network signals.
  • Prepare, file, track, and confirm review reports.
  • Respond to inquiries, administer partner applications, deliver requested reports, and send service communications.
  • Protect the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service Providers

We use Vercel for hosting, Neon for database services, Resend for transactional email, and Beehiiv for newsletters. The Client Portal at dashboard.majestiq.io is a separate service surface. Providers process information under their own terms and our applicable agreements.

Analytics and Consent

Google Analytics and Ahrefs analytics load only after you consent to analytics. Essential storage supports security, forms, and your consent preference. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for the engagement, security, recordkeeping, contractual obligations, and applicable law. Amazon authorization data is retained only while required for an authorized workflow and is deleted or disconnected when no longer needed, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal from marketing by emailing support@majestiq.io. We may verify identity before acting and may retain information where law or a legal claim requires it.

Security and Changes

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No system is completely secure. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
