MajestIQ LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy governs your use of www.majestiq.io (the "Site"), an Amazon seller services platform providing account health management, compliance services, creative services, and strategic consulting, and any related products or services offered by the Company (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we share it with third parties.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Collection of Your Personal Information
We may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide when using the Site or Services, including but not limited to:

- Billing address and payment details
- Company or business name
- Amazon Seller Central account information provided in connection with our services
If you make a purchase or engage our services, we may collect billing and credit card information to process your transaction. However, we do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment processor. Credit card numbers and payment credentials are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on Company servers. We may also automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you view on the Site.

Client service data is used exclusively to deliver the requested services and is not sold, shared for advertising purposes, or used for any purpose beyond service delivery.
This data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete services and any applicable follow-up period. After that period, client service data is deleted upon request. Clients may request deletion of their service data at any time by contacting support@majestiq.io.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties except in the following circumstances:
- Payment Processing: Transaction data is shared with Stripe, Inc. for the purpose of processing payments. Data shared with Stripe is limited to what is necessary to process your payment and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site, conducting our business, or servicing you, provided that those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
- Legal Requirements: We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.
