MajestIQ LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy governs your use of www.majestiq.io (the "Site"), an Amazon seller services platform providing account health management, compliance services, creative services, and strategic consulting, and any related products or services offered by the Company (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we share it with third parties.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Collection of Your Personal Information

We may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide when using the Site or Services, including but not limited to:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Billing address and payment details
  • Company or business name
  • Amazon Seller Central account information provided in connection with our services

If you make a purchase or engage our services, we may collect billing and credit card information to process your transaction. However, we do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment processor. Credit card numbers and payment credentials are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on Company servers. We may also automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you view on the Site.

Use of Your Personal Information

The Company collects and uses your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To deliver Amazon seller account services including account health assessments, compliance analysis, appeal preparation, and related consulting

Data Provided for Service Delivery

In the course of providing our services, clients may provide Amazon Seller Central account data, performance metrics, violation notices, correspondence with Amazon, and related business information. This data is provided for the sole purpose of receiving the requested services.

Client service data is used exclusively to deliver the requested services and is not sold, shared for advertising purposes, or used for any purpose beyond service delivery.

This data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete services and any applicable follow-up period. After that period, client service data is deleted upon request. Clients may request deletion of their service data at any time by contacting support@majestiq.io.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties except in the following circumstances:

  • Payment Processing: Transaction data is shared with Stripe, Inc. for the purpose of processing payments. Data shared with Stripe is limited to what is necessary to process your payment and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site, conducting our business, or servicing you, provided that those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
  • Legal Requirements: We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

The Company uses commercially reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal data.

Payment transactions are processed through Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. The Company does not store, process, or retain cardholder data on its own servers.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use "cookies" to enhance your experience. Your web browser places cookies on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information. You may choose to set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

You can opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by contacting support@majestiq.io or using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication. Please note that transactional emails related to active service engagements cannot be opted out of while services are in progress.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Rights

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. These include:
