MajestIQ investigates written negative Amazon reviews for policy violations and coordinated buyer behavior. We build a documented case for each review we file. We do not treat dissatisfaction as misconduct.
How the Method Works
A review can present a content-level issue, a behavioral pattern, or both. Our Aletheia analysis maps public reviewer activity to surface recurring product overlap, timing, brand overlap, and other relationships that a single review page cannot show. The resulting evidence is organized for Amazon to evaluate under its own rules.
Two evidence tracks
We examine the review itself and the public behavior surrounding the reviewer account. Either track can matter.
Authentic opinion stays
A low rating or harsh product experience is not, by itself, a removal case. Legitimate criticism is outside our scope.
Amazon decides
MajestIQ prepares and files evidence. Amazon makes the final decision, and no outcome is guaranteed.
