MajestIQ Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is between MajestIQ (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and you (“Affiliate,” “Partner”). By enrolling in the MajestIQ Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to these terms.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
2.1. All applications are subject to review and approval by MajestIQ.
2.2. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliation at our discretion.
2.3. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
2.4. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact and payment information.
3. Commission Structure
3.1. Affiliates earn 25% of revenue collected on the first paid service engagement from each qualifying referred client.
3.2. Commission is a one-time payout per referred client. Repeat purchases by the same client do not generate additional affiliate commissions.
3.3. A “qualifying conversion” is defined as a new client who (a) was not previously a MajestIQ customer, (b) arrived via your tracked referral link or coupon code, and (c) completes payment for a MajestIQ expert service.
3.4. Commission is calculated on revenue actually collected by MajestIQ, not on quoted or estimated amounts.
3.5. Self-referrals are prohibited. You may not use your own referral link to purchase MajestIQ services for yourself or entities you control.
3.6. The 25% commission rate is a launch promotion effective through September 23, 2026 (6 months from program launch). MajestIQ will announce the standard commission rate at least 30 days before the promotional period ends. Conversions earned during the promotional period are paid at the 25% rate regardless of when the promotional period ends.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Commissions are paid monthly, net-30 from the end of the calendar month in which the commission was earned.
4.2. Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD. Balances below this amount carry over to the following month.
4.3. Commissions on refunded, disputed, or charged-back transactions will be reversed.
4.4. You are responsible for all taxes owed on affiliate earnings.
5. Promotional Guidelines
5.1. You may promote MajestIQ through your website, social media, email lists, YouTube, podcasts, and other owned channels.
5.2. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines and any applicable local regulations.
5.3. You may not run paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads) bidding on “MajestIQ,” “Majest IQ,” or any variation of our brand name without prior written approval.
5.4. You may not send unsolicited emails (spam) to promote MajestIQ.
5.5. You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about MajestIQ services. This includes guaranteeing Amazon reinstatement outcomes.
5.6. You may not represent yourself as a MajestIQ employee or authorized representative.
5.7. You may not promote MajestIQ on websites containing unlawful material, hate speech, adult content, or content that could damage the MajestIQ brand.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. MajestIQ grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials, logos, and brand assets provided through the affiliate dashboard.
6.2. You may not modify MajestIQ logos or brand assets without written approval.
6.3. All rights to MajestIQ intellectual property remain with the Company.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Internal program metrics and any non-public information shared with you as part of this Program are confidential.
7.2. You may publicly state that you are a MajestIQ affiliate partner and reference the 25% commission rate for recruitment purposes.
8. Term and Termination
8.1. This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.
8.2. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice via email.
8.3. MajestIQ may terminate immediately without notice for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that damages the MajestIQ brand.
8.4. Upon termination, you must remove all MajestIQ referral links and cease using MajestIQ brand materials within 7 days.
8.5. Earned commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out within 60 days of termination, less any reversals for refunds or chargebacks.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. MajestIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
9.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Modifications
10.1. MajestIQ may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after notice is provided via email or the affiliate dashboard.
10.2. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
